Full TOS please check here : https://docs.google.com/document/d/139qCjUavMPzJrKrsJ6bPqnIXSGYHldqUKBrvcgHGMg/edit?usp=sharingThe following Terms and Conditions are for Commissions provided by the Artist (sera).Commissioning the Artist will indicate acceptance by you of all the following Terms of Service, including future changes or modifications of such terms and conditions.----------------------------------------- The client will receive only a full-resolution digital file of the commission via an online download location in .png format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, .ai ) unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.- The Artist does not provide any service for NFT or AI learning purposes.- The display size of the Commission is set at a default maximum resolution of 3000 x 3000 px (2000 x 2000 px for chibi) – 72 dpi (Adobe RGB 1998 color mode). Custom display settings of the Commission are available upon request. A larger display size will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work.- Personal commission is for personal use only. Do not allow for commercial or advertising purposes. If you prefer to use them for commercials, please contact me to discuss with me first.- Do not claim the work's full credit as yours. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork, and I, the artist still retain certain rights as artist credits.- Some works will publish on my social media as a portfolio. Please inform me first if it's private and do not allow posting.- You can post your commissioned artwork as long as proper crediting is given including name (sera1023) or linking to my site https://twitter.com/sera1023, https://sera1023.carrd.co/- Do not edit my work without permission. Changing the background color or adding text is fine.- Please download the file within 2-3 months. I may delete them to clear my drive storage.- Editing major details more than 3 times will have an additional charge.- Major changes are not allowed after the finishing stage is already confirmed.- Full payment must be made in the signing of the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work.- Payment through Paypal or Thai banking only. If I confirmed, please pay within 24 hours. (Due to PayPal policies this may have some change again.)- No refunds are allowed unless I have no update on your commission works for more than 5 months.- The Artist works on a regular turnaround of 60 to 90 days unless stated otherwise in the Commission Agreement.- The Artist will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the Client’s negligence of communication. The absence of communication over 3 weeks will be considered a cancellation with no refund.
